Remove debug messages

Moved "Changes" comments from system/do_....c to system.h.
All changes are now in a single header file.

Minor beautification.

Put boot device memory initialization with #ifdef ENABLE_BOOTDEV ... #endif

Renamed mm_exit to pm_exit (requested by Al)

Make timeouts more tolerant, even in strict timeout mode

Don't source /etc/profile from /etc/rc, but source /etc/rc.timezone as
a timezone instead, and set TZ=GMT0 as a default.

ata_std_timeout boot monitor variable to override short timeouts on

you can open an ATAPI device as RW if it's already opened for read.

Fixed type.
Added patch from Al Woodhull.

Check if kernel calls is allowed (from process' call mask) added. Not yet
enforced. If a call is denied, this will be kprinted. Please report any such
errors, so that I can adjust the mask before returning errors instead of
warnings.

Wrote CMOS driver. All CMOS code from FS has been removed. Currently the
driver only supports get time calls. Set time is left out as an exercise
for the book readers ... startup scripts were updated because the CMOS driver
is needed early on. (IS got same treatment.) Don't forget to run MAKEDEV cmos
in /dev/, otherwise the driver cannot be loaded.

Added /dev/cmos.
Made separate case for /dev/random and /dev/urandom

Fix. Names were not showing.

Startup script now checks if network driver is mentioned in inet.conf.
Also allowed disabling daemons (like services) with disable= parameter.

processes before INIT and all others are user processes..

Test .. no update.

Fixed 'bug' in log driver that caused kernel messages not to be displayed.
This was caused by a change in the shared driver code. Not log's fault.

Renamed #definitions of driver process numbers, e.g., TTY now is TTY_PROC_NR.
All known (special) processes now have consistent naming scheme. Kernel tasks
don't follow this scheme.

Temporarily disabled FLOPPY to prevent mayhem due to ISA DMA below 16 MB.
